Stefanie is a local realtor who has spent 16 years in construction and design before deciding to follow her passion for real estate. In 2015, she earned her Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License and has since been committed to educating and guiding clients through the complex process of buying, selling, or investing in real estate. In 2017, Stefanie earned her Florida Real Estate Brokerage License and Florida Real Estate Instructors License. Her vast knowledge and experience have allowed her to open her own real estate school, Tiago Traders University. In June 2020, she took her passion for real estate to the next level by opening her own brokerage, Ann Titus Real Estate and Business Brokerage.
Apart from her professional accomplishments, Stefanie is actively involved in her community. She served two consecutive years on the New Smyrna Beach Board of Realtors and is a member of the Southeast Volusia Chamber or Commerce and the Canal Street Historic District, where her business is located. Stefanie believes in giving back to her community and is regularly attending city council meetings.
Stefanie is a Florida native who has raised her two sons, Travis and Clayton, in the beautiful town of New Smyrna Beach. She has found love in her life with Andre Santiago, whom she married in 2018 in Hawaii. Together, they reside on the beachside of New Smyrna Beach, where Stefanie is committed to serving her clients and helping them achieve their real estate goals.
