On June 25, 202, we celebrated our one year anniversary with a ribbon cutting ceremony hosted by the Southeast Volusia Chamber of Commerce at our office located along historic Canal Street in New Smyrna Beach.
New Smyrna Beach Mayor, Russ Owen, helped mark the special occasion by speaking to the trials we faced, opening during a global pandemic and to the success we’ve had despite it.
Those who attended listened to Scotty Sudakis and Eric Leonard of the local band, 5 Time Shag, while toasting to the future with champagne and red wine. Everyone in the Ann Titus team brought homemade hors d'oeuvres, while a delicious spread of desserts was ordered from The Bake Shop.
Attendees had the opportunity to win several raffle items from local businesses including The Galley, City Market Bistro, Florida Vacay Rentals and Lunar Studio. Our team held nothing back in celebrating our first year to show those who have helped us get here that we are appreciative.
I personally, along with my team at Ann Titus Real Estate & Business Brokerage would like to thank everyone who helped make this event possible and all those who joined us in celebrating one year in business!
