Every month the Canal Street Historic District in New Smyrna Beach, Florida hosts three different events that take place on the first Saturday of every month. The events include the Art & Artisan Stroll from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m., Sip & Stroll from 1 p.m. - 6 p.m., and the Gallery Walk from 4 p.m. - 7 p.m.
Art & Artisan Stroll
The Art & Artisan Stroll is about showcasing all of the great art and antiques Canal Street has to offer. Live music is also provided from noon until 2 pm. Are you an artist who would like to participate? You can become a vendor for $30 the day of or save $5 by prepaying.
Sip & Stroll
This event gives you the opportunity to sample craft beers and unique wines as you Sip & Stroll through the Canal Street Historic District. Tickets are available for purchase online, at Crimson House, or Riverpark Terrace the day of the event. Participants receive a Canal Street souvenir glass and 12 sampling tickets that can be redeemed at 10 locations in the district for $25. A self-guided map is provided or you can view which local restaurants are participating here.
Gallery Walk
The Gallery Walk features galleries and art shops on Canal, Douglas, and Magnolia Street. You’ll want to make sure that you stop into Ann Titus Real Estate as we feature the New Standard art gallery displaying work by local artists from the New Smyrna Beach/Volusia County area. The work displayed is presented on many different mediums including oil, acrylic and metal work. You'll be sure to find something capable of making your new house feel like a new home.
